In the rare event that there is a delay or a problem with your delivery, due to unforeseen circumstances, like lost palettes in transit, access issues and obstructions road closures vehicle breakdowns etc

 

We are not under any liability for these unforeseen circumstances within the estimated timescales. For this reason, we are unable to offer any compensation for any of the above.

Any delivery attempt that is made and is unable to safely unload due to the above with face redelivery charges, these charges come as standard by third party couriers so we ask you ensure the above is suitable for your delivery before placing an order.
